Mission Trip families and Mission Trip Chaperones, Hello! We will be conducting an info session for students, parents, and chaperones for the 2019 Mission Trip on Monday, March 4th at 7 PM in the Lourdes Center. I combined email lists of chaperones and last years kids in this email. These are the same lists as last year that I had so if you have graduated or are not attending for some reason, please disregard. If I do not have someone on the list, please forward this info to them so they are included. We will travel to Johnstown, PA and the non-profit, Crucified Ministries will house our mission group, feed us, and provide our work sites for the week of the 2019 Mission Trip. The cost of the trip will be $150 per student, and the costs for chaperones is free unless chaperones wish to make a donation for the food and board they are receiving during the week. We will be collecting a $50 deposit from families to secure a spot for the trip. (we have around 40 spots available, like last year) and we will collect the final $100 payment in early May 2019. If you wish to make a check out for the full $150, we will accept that as well. All checks should be made out to St. Bernadette Church. I will have paper copies if you are uncomfortable with the tech, but for those who are OK with tech, it will speed up the process of data collection.
