The Western District of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America is hosting a Nite at the Races at the Lourdes Center on Saturday May 17. Doors will open at 5:30 P.M. This event will support the outreach efforts of the organization. These include a day of fun for Special Needs friends and their caregivers at the Carnegie Science Center or at PNC Park for a Pirates game. ISDA also sponsors Days of Community Service at local homeless shelters. Tickets are $25 and will include admission and a hot buffet dinner with chicken and sausage, beer, soft drinks, water and mixers. Bring along your favorite wine or spirits and snacks to share at your table. Besides the races, there will be a Basket Auction, a Bake Sale, and other raffles.
